第２文は状況に合った表現とは言えません。

(b)は「あなたが拭きなさい」と言っているのに対して，(a)は「誰が拭くか」を明示していないからです。
しかしこの問いでは，最後の感嘆符からわかるとおり，相手に強く命じています。
だから，(a)のように受動態の不定詞を使うと，話し手の気持ちと表現形式の間にずれが生じます。
出題者が問題を難しくしようとして必要以上に複雑な文を作ろうとすると，このようなことが起こります。
